Caregivers are the rock of our communities
In an effort to level the playing field, Laeona commits 10 hours of childcare and 10 hours of elderly care for every company that gets certified by us. Studies show time and time again, unfair pay gaps are more prevalent when someone has the majority of caregiving responsibilities in their home.
